Job description
You will be expected to assist in managing the kitchen service on a day-do-day basis according to standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.
The post holder will need to hold (or be willing to achieve) Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, to comply with Food Safety and Environmental Health standards and general health and safety in a kitchen to include hazardous
equipment.
The hours of work are on a rota basis and you will be expected to work evenings and weekends.
