This is an exciting opportunity to join our Welsh Government funded Pathfinder Programme, providing a creche service to support the delivery of our Parenting and other courses in various venues in Aberaeron, Borth, Tregaron and Lampeter areas. The Creche worker will work in partnership with the Creche Leader to ensure that standards are maintained and that families and their children are made to feel valued and respected and receive the highest level of care.
All Creche staff will need to be professional, caring and able to develop good relationships with parents, children and other members of the team. They will need to be flexible and willing to travel to the settings where creches will be delivered.
This is a great opportunity to join an integrated, multi-disciplinary team and make an important contribution to the lives of families and children.
The ability to speak Welsh to a reasonable standard is essential for this post.

Safeguarding adults at risk is a key priority for us. We aim to support adults at risk to ensure they are as safe as they can possibly be. We acknowledge that adults at risk have a right to protection and will take action to safeguard their welfare. Each member of staff and volunteer is expected to share this commitment, and we will require an Enhanced Check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), formerly CRB.
