This is an exciting opportunity to join our Welsh Government funded Pathfinder Programme, providing a creche service to support the delivery of our Parenting and other courses in various venues in Aberaeron, Borth, Tregaron and Lampeter areas. The Creche leader will be responsible for ensuring that the creche meets Care Inspectorate for Wales and Ceredigion County Council standards in terms of the paperwork and also the quality of care for the children. You will have one or more Creche Workers who will work in partnership with the Leader to ensure that standards are maintained.
All Creche staff will need to be professional, caring and able to develop good relationships with parents, children and other members of the team. They will need to be flexible and willing to travel to the settings where creches will be delivered.
This is a great opportunity to join an integrated, multi-disciplinary team and make an important contribution to the lives of families and children.
The ability to speak Welsh to a reasonable standard is essential for this post.

Safeguarding and Child Protection are key priorities for us. We aim to support vulnerable children and young people to ensure they are as safe as they can possibly be. We and our educational establishments acknowledge that children and young people have a right to protection and will take action to safeguard their welfare. Each member of staff and volunteer is expected to share this commitment, and we will require an Enhanced Check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), formerly CRB.
