We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual, who has the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to work with vulnerable and challenging children and young people that have either experienced offending behaviour or they are at a significant risk of doing so.
The post holder will work as part of a team and have direct responsibility to case manage assessed medium and high risk pre-court disposals and prevention cases, with the overall aim of reducing offending and re-offending behaviour among children and young people in Ceredigion.
This vacancy is fixed term until 31/03/2022.
