We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and empowering individual who has the personal qualities, experiences and skills necessary to engage and enhance the diversion of young people from crime, court and custody within Ceredigion and to provide support within the Youth Justice and Preventions Team.
The post holder will have opportunities to collaboratively develop and deliver targeted early intervention and preventative projects within Ceredigion's new integrated services delivery model - Porth Cymorth Cynnar; ensuring that the needs of Ceredigion's most vulnerable and challenging children and young people can be met and that they can access support and intervention that promotes their wellbeing and engagement in positive structured interventions.
The successful candidate will be appointed on a casual, fixed-term basis until 01/04/2022.
