Job description
If you are motivated by delivering first class customer service and committed to improving the customer experience then we would very much like to hear from you.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ICT Support officer to join our ICT support team. As ICT Support Officer you will:
support ICT systems including servers, PCs, Laptops, iPads and other ICT
equipment as needed;
act as first line support for users at the site and will be expected to support staff and pupils with their ICT issues;
have previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of networks and IT systems;
apply logical and creative skills to support and develop systems;
be polite, approachable and have a can do attitude.
You will be expected to work predominantly at Powys Schools, whilst also undertaking some duties at Canolfan Rheidol, Aberystwyth, Penmorfa, Aberaeron and other supported locations as needed.
The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential.
