We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual, who has the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to work with vulnerable and challenging children and young people and who will lead the Behaviour Support Team. The Behaviour Support Manager is a new role within Porth Cymorth Cynnar.
The post holder will work collaboratively to enhance the quality, consistency and efficiency of behaviour support through coordinating the behaviour and wellbeing panel and all avenues of support for pupils identified as being vulnerable and at risk of exclusion.
The successful candidate will need to have the ability to lead a dedicated team of staff within the Behaviour Service, ensuring supportive provision for pupils, schools, educational establishments and referral units in Ceredigion are met.
