We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and empowering individual who has the personal qualities, experiences and skills necessary to design and deliver a range of opportunities for young people to engage in, that aims to enhance their personal and social development.
The post holder will have opportunities to collaboratively develop and deliver targeted early intervention and preventative projects within Ceredigion's new integrated services delivery model - Porth Cymorth Cynnar; ensuring that the needs of Ceredigion's most vulnerable and challenging children and young people can be met and that they can access support and intervention that promotes their wellbeing and engagement in positive structured interventions.
