Cenarth Primary School requires a dedicated, committed and enthusiastic person to carry out the varied daily duties of caretaker.
This is a part time, fixed term position and it will come to an end on the 31 August 2021.
The caretaking responsibilities include general maintenance of the grounds and buildings in line with the school's Health and Safety requirements, coordinating with external contractors, opening and securing the building, management of associated resources and responding to 'out of hours' call outs when necessary. Basic carpentry, plumbing, gardening skills would be desirable for this post. Training may be provided in specialist areas necessary for particular maintenance tasks associated with the building.
This post demands a flexible yet committed person who can work efficiently and effectively and achieves high standards of work.
