An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community occupational therapy service in Ceredigion.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who has postgraduate experience working with adults in a community health, social care and housing setting.
We promote a flexible workforce and will consider applications from individuals seeking full time or job share.
You will be expected to work as part of a team to deliver high quality, evidence-based, person-centred occupational therapy; assessing the needs of adults and older people and supporting the provision of specialist equipment and housing adaptations to maximise independence, safety, and quality of life.
You will have support from an integrated occupational therapy team which values supervision and continuous professional development.
The post-holder will be expected to travel within Ceredigion. The ability to speak or learn Welsh to the required level within 2 years of appointment is essential for this post.
